First Listen: Bon Iver »

Justin Vernon’s music is encroaching on Jimmy Eat World status in my heart and honestly if I didn’t grow up with Jimmy Eat World and could pinpoint so many songs to specific times in my life, it would possibly surpass them. Sorry Jim, I’m a big girl now.

Bon Iver is a pit in my stomach. This album is incredible and when I am standing in prospect park in less than two months listening to it, I am going to be in all of my glory.

Today after work I decided to have a lazy evening, and its raining. This couldn’t be more perfect. I’m pretty much at a turning point in life, and Bon Iver is my new Jimmy Eat World.
