So im a big fan of making things I can eat for days. Ive been making healthy coleslaw to have as a side and today I said to myself, yo, lets add some tuna to that…and I just kept going. Awesome lunch.
My sweet and spicy tuna slaw. I am not technical.
Cabbage (duh)
shredded carrots
2 cans of tuna
light mayo
dried berries (no sugar added pls)
slivered almonds
dill
S & P
Hot sauce
2 packets of Splenda
TOTALLY BANGIN’ and good for you sans chemicals in mayo and splenda!
